The Dales are joining CMRI full-time!

a little info about the dales

Ben and Michelle Dale have helped CMRI for the past few years with numerous projects from binding manuals to editing manuals. Then in 2018, Ben and Michelle represented CMRI in Uganda at the first teacher training working for ten days equipping and encouraging pastors and children’s workers how to use the Team 3 manuals most effectively. After being invited back for the next year, the Dales took their daughters, Annika and Michaela, and held four trainings over two weeks in Uganda, Kenya, and Rwanda. Ben and Michelle — both teachers — have united their profession with their passion at CMRI to teach children life-long biblical values and develop character through long-term retention of memorized scripture.

“In response to the love of God through Christ, we are compelled to serve God in this full-time ministry equipping children with scripture memory resources internationally.”

While holding a training in East Africa, Ben reported how one could clearly see how the manuals were helping believers grow into disciples of Christ. “A single manual’s influence radiates out from just one child to the siblings, then the parents, and into the community. The manuals are being used in public schools, orphanages, Christian schools, and churches.”

The Dales shared recently, “Deuteronomy 6:5-7 is a great foundation for answering the question, ‘Why memorize God’s Word?’ Not only are we who follow Christ to love the LORD with all our heart, soul, and mind, we are commanded to first memorize God’s Word and obey it personally, then teach the next generation – both our own children and others – to know God’s Word through memorizing as well as constantly explaining and applying. And the hope is worship; when children see more clearly our great and awesome God, the response is worship.”

Ben Dale will join CMRI after school ends in June! Please pray for the Dales as the transitions from school, career, and even routine will be opportunities to see God’s provision first-hand.
